With over 26 years of real estate experience, Mendy brings deep industry expertise and localized insight to Northern Colorado. Her extensive background spans major brokerages including The Group Inc., Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ReMax, and The Green Team, as well as five years specializing in new construction sales with top builders like FR Development and Hartford Homes.

Originally licensed in California, Mendy relocated to Fort Collins in 2004 with her family, drawn by vibrant community, excellent schools, and outdoor lifestyle. Deeply invested in the local community, she has coached youth sports, volunteered extensively with the Poudre School District and was also an Instructor at the Institute of Business and Medical Careers I.B.M.C.
